Patients may develop hand problems from degenerative changes, congenital abnormalities or from injury whereby hand therapy may prevent surgical intervention:
• Arthritis
• Pain Syndromes
• Nerve compression syndromes (e.g., Carpal Tunnel Syndrome)
• Scarring (e.g., Keloid or Hypertrophic scars)
• Tendonitis/Tenosynovitis
• Joint stiffness or contractures
• Ligament injury
• Instability/weakness
• Hypermobility conditions
